Reflect, Refocus and Realign
At any point in the year, it's worth pausing to acknowledge how far you've come. You’ve shown up, supported others, and continued moving forward. That matters.
A helpful question to return to regularly is:
How do you want the next chapter of your life to feel?
No matter the month, this reflection can create clarity, direction, and renewed energy.
Reset With Purpose
Before setting new goals or diving into fresh plans, take a moment to pause. A purposeful reset isn’t about doing more, it’s about checking in with yourself and deciding what deserves your time, focus, and energy.
The Circle of Life: A Simple Wellbeing Audit
The Circle of Life is a powerful tool used to evaluate 8 key areas of wellbeing, curated for teachers. By rating each section, you get a visual snapshot of what's thriving and what may need more attention.
Download your own copy here and rate your level of satisfaction in each area on the scale:
1 = very dissatisfied, struggling, or unfulfilled
10 = fully satisfied, thriving, and fulfilled
Once completed, identify two or three areas that would make the biggest difference to your overall wellbeing if improved. These become the focus for the next few months.
A Thought to Leave You With
Setting goals is like entering a destination into your GPS - without one, you might keep moving, but you'll never know if you're heading in the right direction.
First, get clear on where you want to go. What areas of your life do you want to grow in or evolve? Then set the coordinates (your goals) so you can move forward with purpose.
